Two words: quality and experience. As with all kinds of teaching and learning courses, the single most important factor for successful CELTA courses is a team of experienced and approved tutors who have worked together for a number of years and who are dedicated to quality courses. This is precisely what we can offer. The TeacherTraining.it team started delivering CELTA courses in Milan in 2003. Prior to that the TeacherTraining.it team had all worked at the British Council in Milan as teachers and teacher trainers for many years. Course Director Morgan Cox was Head of Teacher Training and Quality at the British Council in Milan from 2000 to 2003. We  run CELTA, DELTA and the YL-extension to CELTA from our purpose-built premises. Morgan has been a CELTA tutor since 1998,  a CELTA assessor since 2001, a DELTA tutor since 2002, and a DELTA assessor since 2009.

We have now become the biggest centre in Italy for CELTA.  Word of mouth is our most important source of candidates.  We currently run 8 CELTA courses per year, with around 100 successful candidates per year.

3 candidates on our most recent DELTA courses are full-time teachers at  the British Council in Milan, and one is part-time.
